My work explores the bonds that shape us, between women, mothers and children, between generations and between beings and the leaving world.

I create hybrid, inhabited figures in which human, animal and vegetal forms merge. Multiple faces, recurring symbols and shifting bodies evoke memory, filiation, transformation and the different identities we carry within us.

Working primarily with ink on rice paper, I am drawn to a medium that leaves little room for correction and allows accident, fragility and imperfection to remain visible. Through these instable forms, I explore vulnerability, resilience and the tension protection and freedom, intimacy and transmission.

My practise is rooted in search for connections, to onselef, to others, to those who came before us, and to the living world we belong to.
